Changed my email from one to another, and now I cannot access my account at all from the UK site, only the US site is permitting access.
Contacted customer service, who confirmed this is the case.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Does it allow access to the UK site eventually after some system update, or is this really it now?
I think I had this a while back. They’re two very seperate sites.
Try requesting a reset password on the UK site with your new email address. Failing that try logging in to the UK site with your old address.
