Hi,
I have 2 x upgrade vouchers I’m wanting to use for a return trip from London to Bangkok for myself and my wife. Looking to book WTP and upgrade us both to CW.Does anyone have any tips of how to do this? I’m assuming as its a popular route I’d need to call and book us both a one-way ticket and use one voucher to upgrade us both, then call again 3 weeks later and use the other voucher to book the return? I guess I’d pay one-way taxes for both on 2 flights, more than returns I believe.
Also, is this the best US number to call from the UK: 1 800 452 1201
Lastly, is it currently 12.00am UK time that I need to call to stand the best chance.

The “How to book the return at T-355” thread has some recent data points on how and when is best for calling.
@shead – you need to use both vouchers in the original booking, for which you may need to call. If you just use one, you may encounter issues using the second voucher for the return.
