Player 2 can never be bothered with admin – any way to cancel without calling up? Been trying to get her to call up for ages and am continuing to pay the £20/month until she does.

I cancelled my non Avios card.
First I called up and did it on the automatic line – I DON’T recommend this as it didn’t take. Then I did it on the chat, it took a while for the cancel letter to come through, and for the app to show the card doesn’t work anymore. I probably won’t dare to open a new card without checking exactly the cancellation date if sign up bonus is on the line.

It’s simple to cancel via online chat. I suggest you clear your cache and try launching it again. I haven’t had any trouble witj it for a long time.
