Best redemption to Calgary

Hi all
Now that BA don’t fly to Calgary 😢 what’s my best bet for flying there with minimal changes on points? I have plenty of avios, 241 vouchers and c.150k MR points.

It appears I can’t transfer MR to Aeroplan in the UK to fly air Canada – is that right? Is there any workaround through a partnership?

I could fly BA to YVR and then connect back to YYC – any points options for the internal flight?

Flying with a toddler so appreciate any help to make it as stress free as poss!
