Barclays Premier Banking 25K welcome bonus not posting

I’ve had the premier account for 5 months however yet to receive the 25k points bonus points ( I did the full switch)

I’ve been told that you have to have the account for more than 4 months before you get the bonus which has passed

Any idea how long it takes to get the points , the monthly 1500 has been received this month but no sign of the bonus points yet

Any suggestions as telephone banking are clueless

When I asked on live chat they said it would be paid in the 5th month after the switch.

I think I got mine pretty much bang on five months. I tried to check but BA is claiming I have no transactions. Because BA’s IT is so good. Unless you need the Avios now, I’d give it a month or so and they should probably turn up.
