I signed up to the Barclays Avios Rewards programme over 12 months ago and my 12th month payment was taken on March 2nd. Barclays say that the voucher will be in your BA account within 5 working days – well it is now significantly more than that and still no voucher.
Is anyone else having this issue?
yup, just realised that I am past my due date so to spk…just spoke to them and they advised its a known issue which they are working on. have raised a complaint so suggest you do the same
Where in your BA account should the voucher be appearing? I’ve now reached the 12 month point.
My voucher just appeared today so only about 2 weeks late (it is supposed to be issued within 5 working days of the 12th monthly payment) so not a big issue as I was not waiting to make a booking. Also validity is 2 years from date of issue so in fact I have longer to use it than I would have had if it had been issued precisely on time.
It appeares on the “My exec club” home page just below the “digital membership card statement”. It cant be missed.
My voucher was awarded on the 19th and its in my BA account when I checked this morning.
If you load the Barclays app on your phone and go to Products -> Collect Avios -> View your Avios , is your anniversary reward ticked as completed with a date on it?
Same situation here. Shows as ‘Complete’ with a full green circle on the Barclays app for 3-4 weeks now. No voucher showing in my BAEC account. Have flagged it to customer service. Agent had no idea but will get back to me once they have further information…
I qualified on 19/03 and voucher appeared last week.
