Hey everyone,
so we used the link provided by HfP and signed up for the Plus card. All good, card arrived today (quite late really). But we see they gave her a £200 Credit Limit and £20 is already added for the monthly membership fee. We had a look on the app whether we can request an increase but its currently not available. Can only manage automatic increase preferences. Anybody had this issue as well and did a phone call to Barclays resolve this?
Little point really of £200 credit limit, if we need to spend £3000 in 3 months to trigger the bonus.
Credit Limit wasnt advised at the point of application.

The £200 credit limits are normally holding limits until you submit proof of income at which point it changes to a realistic figure.
We called Barclays and they didnt have a clue on how to increase the limit. They just referred back to the app. Do you know how we can “submit” the proof of income for them to increase the limit? Thx
They should have sent an email a few hours after the application with a link to upload the documents. And a reminder every few days after that.
