Anyone else having difficulty viewing statements?
When I try to view my statements in the app I get a try again later message.
I’ve never been able to view statements. I’ve now had two statements but can’t see either.
Doesn’t work for me in the app either. I was however able to download the statement if I logged in via the website instead.
I tried asking for help viewing statements in the app via the app chat… got passed around ELEVEN different colleagues who all asked me to repeat the description of the problem then passed me to someone else without saying anything. Total waste of time.
Apparently the chat is not live. Each message typed is read by a different person at Barclays so there is no continuity.
Have you tried logging in to the website and getting it that way? I wouldn’t bother wasting time trying to get it to work in the app.
