Forums Other Flight changes and cancellations help BA ticketing rules if I want to cancel / change after end of September 2022

I’ve been trying to find the BA ticketing rules via the BA web site and Google without any success, it all seems to refer to bookings made/scheduled up to the end of September 2022. Does anyone know where I can find this information, please?

Is this for a booking you’ve already made? The rules will be in your booking, they should appear in your confirmation email as well.

I’ve got an existing booking, but was also interested in the rules in general. For my current booking there’s nothing in the confirmation email that provides these rules, and if I go to Manage My Booking again there’s nothing that states the ticket rules, just the option to Change or Cancel the booking which (I assume, I’m reluctant to follow through on the the process given the quality of BA’s IT)) would tell me whether or not this is possible and what charges I would incur.

It all seems extremely obtuse, as if they don’t want me to know that the rules are 🙁

As a side whinge, I can see my reservation in the app, but on the web site it says it can’t display my future reservations so I need to provide the reservation ID in order to get to Manage My Booking … truly pathetic IT.

@Gooner your e-ticket should have links to the Conditions of Contract and Conditions of Carriage that govern your booking in addition to the terms of any specific fare booked.

It does contain those links, but they are to generic statements, nothing specific to my ticket. And nothing specific on my confirmation …

What kind of ticket did you book? There’s only reward/cheapest/flexible and maybe one other!

Club Europe – but it doesn’t tell me which booking class 🙁

On the plus side the web site is now able to show me my reservation, and finally shows my options if I want to change or cancel each flight – so maybe they’ve been fixing IT problems?

    Anyway, thanks for the advice.
