How long is BA taking to pay refunds?

BA cancelled an LHR-MUC-LHR flight, and gave me option to take a different flight or cancel booking. I cancelled booking on 29-11-2021. Still waiting for refund to my credit card. Manage my booking says: “We are currently processing a cancellation and refund for this booking. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this booking.”
How long is it taking for BA to refund to credit card used for booking? It has almost been one month.

If they cancel a flight EU261/UK261 says you should be fully refunded within 7 days.
People have been allowing up to 30 days as just about reasonable in Covid.
Raise a complaint otherwise it will probably be atuck in some offshore centre’s processing queue forever.
In fact I’d call first and ask the agent to process the refund immediately while I’m on the phone due to the delay. Then raise a formal complaint if it doesn’t happen.
