BA Holidays – can I change my return flights during the trip?

If I book a five day BA holiday (return flights in Club and five day hire car), how easy is it to change the return flight if I need to stay longer? Can this be done online or would I need to days on end trying to get through to BA on the phone?

Also, will I qualify for the double tier points if I change the return flight date to stay longer but do not extend the car hire?

You certainly can’t do the change online, but you could cancel and rebook with the voucher generated, you’d need a car for the full duration of the holiday for the double tier points

To clarify, I may need to change my return flight once I get to the destination.

If you are changing the flights then if you still want to keep the double TPs then you need to change the holiday elements as well so they cover the entire length of the trip.

Doing so whilst on the trip could could be expensive.
