BA FTV refund – no Avios refund 5 months later

Hi all, I had a BA FTV for a reward flight I booked for my son’s girlfriend. BA refunded this in May 22, but only refunded the taxes. I am still waiting on the 48,000 Avios being refunded – 5 months later! I have contacted Customer Services using the ‘contact us’ firm on the website twice & had no response other than the initial acknowledgement of my query. Is there anything else you would recommend I do to escalate this? Thanks
