Hi, just had communication from my colleague asking for help in NYC. Should be returning tonight from Newark to LHR and just received a txt cancelling his flight. He’s checked out of his hotel and is in limbo – I am sure there is a direct First Class customer telephone number but I’m struggling to locate it. Anyone?
