I redeemed my HSBC points within the dates of the offer but I have yet to received my 25% bonus Avios. After few calls to the Digital Wallet team at HSBC I have been (gaslight?) told that the issue is with Avios and that I should contact them.
1- Surely HSBC, running the scheme, should make sure that Avios are being allocated?
2- Avios, you cannot contact them. Their automated missing Avios chat does not allow me to go further with their options.
Any advice?
