Maximise your Avios, air miles and hotel points

I have noticed on the BA e-Store that booking Hilton hotels through the e-Store gives 4 avios per £1. Are there any “catches” eg you don’t get your points or stays as a HH member?

If the link takes you to the Hilton website to complete the booking and you can see the booking within your Hilton account/app login then I don’t see any reason why you wouldn’t get the usual points/stay credits as with a normal HH booking.
I’ve only used e-store the odd time for a booking.com offer and I remember the points taking an absolute age to post.

I was almost tempted though until I read offer not applicable to Diamond members!

As above. All the BA e-store does is signpost you to the website and collect the payback from that. You are booking direct with Hilton.

I have used this many times over the years, and the Hilton offer very rarely seems to pay out, if ever. More specifically, it is the affiliate marketing company that facilitates it for Hilton never pays for either the estore or other portals, it seems fundamentally broken. Not sure if something like the upgrades received for being a honors member breaks it.

I do not have this problem with other links, including Marriott which does seem to pay when the terms are met.

Hilton pretty much known for not paying out on cashback sites I think. This is the one thing Accor os good at and better % though takes 9 months.

Hilton seems fine on TCB (4% for Gold)
