8 hours behind UK, can’t speak to airline until it opens in 4 hours. Flight cancelled, flight is 24 hours later, indirect and brings us back to the wrong airport. Anyone know what our rights are? There are flights with other airlines tomorrow, can we risk booking with them and getting a refund? What about hotel? We are in a mid range hotel, can we extend? BA holiday booking. Any experience or help appreciate, quite stressed.
BA Holidays Duty Office is 24hrs +44 786 002 2933.
As this is a BA holiday you have access to the BA Duty office. Details of which will have been texted or emailed to you at the start of the holiday.
I think the phone line says to email them (there is a specific duty office email address) and I’ve found them to very responsive.
Be clear what you would like in terms of flights / extra night etc.
DO NOT just book alternative flights.
100% make BA Holidays sort it. Good reports in general about their 24hr duty office and they helped me instantly when I needed it.
