We’re due to fly Glasgow to Porto in June using a companion ticket. However BA have just moved BA796 flight to OPO to a 655 departure, breaking our connection from Glasgow.
My question is, do I need to chase BA on this or will they now propose an alternative? Meanwhile it looks like there are few viable alternatives on our travel date of 29 June.
If it’s just happened give a few days for their bots to find and sort the broken connection.
