BA Amex cards – Can I manually ‘cash out’ points?

I have the British Airways Accelerating Business American Express and the British Airways Premium American Express card (one for business, one for personal). Is there a way to manually prompt the points to transfer to my British Airways Executive Club, OR, will it only do so at the end of the billing cycle? Ideally I would ‘cash out’/transfer the points out now so I can cancel one of them and get the fee pro rata paid out.

The BAPP points will be transferred across about six days before the statement date.
