I’m sure I know the answer to this, but trying to find out other peoples experience. I have checked costs for a rental in Paphos on both the Avis and the AvisBA site and there is about an 11% difference in costs. Same customer number so the same Presidents Club discount applied. Am I just paying an additional 11% for 5 Avios per £? Given I can also get 11% back through topcashback (and either additional points through the BA Amex offer, or 20% back on the other Amex offer) I cant make the additional 11% work.
Has anyone had any other experiences or is the Avis BA portal always more expensive to cover the cost of the Avios?

Didn’t even think of trying the BA AWD code. Just tried the BA Silver one and its gone to the same price as through the AvisBA site. Looks like I’m going to book direct through TopCashBack, and then get the 20% back on my Amex card
