Avios transfer delay?

The Avios from my BA card usually arrive in my BA account within 24 to 48 hours of being sent each month. But this month they left my Amex a/c on Saturday the 26th Feb and they still haven’t arrived today, 4 days later, on 1st March. Has anyone else experienced this delay? Could it be down to BA’s systems outages Friday/Saturday?

Same here. Taken from Amex on 26th. They also took them in chunks and left more than half behind.

I checked with them and they said may take 6 days to transfer across (mine usually take 1 or 2 days). The chunk left behind were earned after the transfer deadline.

At least you’re getting yours. My wife opened a new card in October and hasn’t had anything so far. Irrespective of the number of times we try to get her BA number added, it doesn’t stick.
