Before I call customer service starting another complaint, has anybody else experienced avios not being transferred as usual?
When were you expecting them to transfer?
They usually get sent to your BAEC on the 2nd working day of the next month.
Yes, at the beginning of the month.
I had points transferred from BAPP, from Accelerating Corp, Barclays Premier but not them… it’s a bit weird as the previous months everything was transferred fine. According to my calculations I should’ve got about 3,000 avios.

You shouldn’t need to calculate as under your activity it shows the monthly total. Also, what does it say in the ‘pending Avios’ line which is one’s to be transferred in case the ones you are waiting for didn’t quite clear last month if in last days of the month. As people report calls are quite painful, best to check all bases first.
@JDB can’t access that functionality of the app. Complained so many times.
It’s been a month now and no avios yet. I’m on the phone with them while I write and I wasted an hour of my time without resolving anything. CS representatives kept transferring me around and saying that they would ask the “avios team” on their internal chat. The outcome after speaking to 4 people is that I should call this dedicated line at BA which deals with Barclaycard Avios issues. Do you want the number? 0344 493 0787.
A joke.
CS representative is filing another complaint on my behalf. This card and the customer service around it are a proper shambles.
I’ve had £6516 spend on my August statement but only 4859 Avios transferred. Is there some arcane rule where the Avios are calculated from date to date in a way that doesn’t match statement dates? Considering I’ve had the runaround from App Chat ‘Help’ on the non-payment of the dual reward £5 to my current a/c, this feels like yet another complexity to an utterly baffling product to hold

Barclaycard transfers Avios earned in a calendar month (on the second working day of the following month) not by statement date. Not really that baffling (nor is there some “arcane rule” – it’s very clear in the terms at 2.5) and more logical than say Amex that transfers Avios about a week before the statement date, such that tracking them is harder than if they followed either a statement period or a calendar month. Barclaycard does also provide in the app, under the activity a monthly total which makes it quite easy to track. It is of course quite possible that the Avios for a transaction made at the very end of the month don’t quite make it that month.
That feature in the app has never worked for me to track activity. I am aware it is a known issue for others too.

Two people (both on iOS) have said that to me (and one claimed there was no SUB tracker ‘wheel’), and I was able to show it to them their app in about 30 seconds and I am far from techie. To be fair, BC doesn’t make it unduly obvious but it would be quite odd to have an app that works quite so differently for different people.
So I had an email last week from Barclays saying my 50K bonus Avios have been dispatched. Not showing in my BA Exec acc yet.
Will I not get these until 2nd of next month?
They go across with the monthly sweep, the emails never correlate to what actually happens!

It doesn’t work on mine because I’m a signatory on a company account and that shows in my app too. Many features are not available if you’re a signatory on other accounts.
BTW a CS agent has been in touch with me to confirm my avios will be transferred with the next sweep in October. When I asked him to confirm how many I’ve earned in July and August he said 1,500 in August and 1,500 in July. So I asked “are you sure those are not the avios I get by being a premier customer?”… he told me he’ll call me back today.
How embarrassing. But at least I’ve got somebody looking after my case even though he hasn’t got a clue about what he’s doing.
