Has anyone notice when using this site through the BA ESTORE it’s not tracking therefore the avios wouldn’t be awarded. How’s do you draw this to their attention?
It did for me just a couple of weeks ago. Did you do an OS/browser update and inherit some tougher privacy settings?
You login with your BA account when booking. The 10 avios/£ is a benefit of booking through avios hotels, not the BA eStore. Basically the tracking doesn’t matter, you’ll get your avios whether you access the avios hotels website through the eStore or via direct link.
