    Begins on your second paid stay onwards. Also additional 2000 points for Bonvoy credit cardholders every time a different brand is stayed at.

    Anyone actually manage to register for this successfully? It lists the UK as one of the Bonvoy credit card markets but the offer refuses to save for me; instead giving me a message re ineligibility.

    I can’t see anything about the additional 2000 points for Bonvoy credit cardholders. I’m using marriott.co.uk though – are you on marriott.com?

    Registered OK for me on the UK site anyway.

    I could have sworn I saw the 2000 bonus point for Bonvoy Amex cardholders when I registered, but this now seems to have disappeared from the T&Cs in my Bonvoy app. A little annoying, as I purposely chose a different brand for my 3rd stay within this period, rather than staying at a Sheraton again (which would be my preference)…

    A known ploy with Marriott. I’ve had Bonvoy cardholder offers simply disappear into thin air when a global offer has come along.

    Due to situations I’ve been checking in and out of a Moxy each day for the past week, and despite T&C’s seeming to suggest you only get the 2,000 points once (as not changing hotels), so far I have got 2,000 points each time except the initial night stay.

    I have done 4 stays at different MArriott brands. I got the 2,000 points immediately after my stay. I have a Marriott credit card and queried the missing 2,000 points. Marriott have said the additional points for cardholders will be added after the promotion ends in December

    I have done 2 x 1 night stays and got no points but mysteriously 887 avios appeared in my BA account saying “Marriott hotels”. Have I at some point set my Bonvoy account to collect avios?! It’s no big deal as we rarely stay at Marriotts these days as we don’t have the status to get breakfast included.

    The 2000 per brand for credit card holders, doesn’t get added until after the promo ends.

    There was a Marriott post on a different site about it.

    Slightly related to another topic on this subject started by another user – does anyone know when these additional 2,000 points from holding the credit card will arrive? And also, I presume these are credited to our Bonvoy accounts?

    Marriott customer service didn’t have a clue and the Ambassador team are saying the points will come from Amex.

    Odd thing is, I did more than 4 stays and used my Amex every time, so some seem to still be missing.

    Aha! Makes sense. I did 7 stays at 5 brands during the promo period. Subtracting my first stay (stupid rule) – the maths work. Thanks! Saved me a missing points request.
