VS LHR-LAX then DL to SYD comes to mind
Technically you could fly VS to LAXand then DL to Sydney, Aukland and Brisbane. Getting a ticket with VS miles is pretty unlikely though.
When Virgin launch to Seoul (likely flying summer 2024) you could book VS to Seoul and Korean Air to Sydney.
If you just want to use Virgin points and aren’t bothered about flying VS metal you can find decent availability with Korean Air or Vietnam Airlines via Seoul or Ho Chi Minh respectively.
