So I applied for BAPP expecting upgrade from the free version but they have issued me a new card so I now have blue (credit limit 23k) and black (credit limit 12k).
Not sure what to do? Should I contact them and get merged? I was hoping that when I upgraded my 9k spend would count towards 2-4-1 but looks like I’ll have to start again from 0.
How did you apply for the BAPP card? Did you apply via the AMEX site (which would have considered you as taking on an additional product) or did you contact an AMEX agent and request the upgrade?
