Anyone else disillusioned with Amex offers?

Just had the Hyatt offer move to recently used section on offers, even though it’s processed by 3c at the hotel.

Hopefully that bodes well for others who had Hilton payments done via c3

The only slight good thing is that on two occasions I have rung up and ended up getting the cash back processed twice

I’ve just had the Hyatt offer move to the used section as well. Mine was also a 3C payment processor for Hyatt. The Hilton offer which used 3C (and was a qualifying hotel) still hasn’t moved to the used section though and that’s almost a month from check out so I doubt it will movelf now. I didn’t think it would and I think it’s gone long enough to chase.

I’m planning to call Amex once the Hyatt one credits with that as an example if they say that’s why the Hilton once didn’t credit. The only thing I can’t remember was whether the Hyatt one excluded payment processors whereas the Hilton one explicitly did. As I’ve used the Hyatt offer now I can’t check the terms unfortunately.
