AMS-DXB availability on KLM (using Virgin Miles)

Hi, I am trying to search reward availability for AMS-DXB in business using Virgin miles on virginatlantic.om. I am finding that the latest availability is 18th October, so less than 9 months away. Any tips for getting availability further ahead? Is it possible to find on KLM site then ring Virgin to book? TIA

If you can see reward seats on the KLM site (or use SeatSpy) then you can try ringing Virgin.

There have historically been big issues getting online KLM bookings to ticket via the website anyway, at least in my experience.

Thanks Rob, yes on the KLM site I can see availability well into December. Seems to be a similar problem with Air France so must be related to the Virgin online system.

For anyone who’s interested in this, I have just had a text chat with a Virgin customer agent and they can only see the same availability I can see on their website. Best they could offer was to keep checking.
