    I’ve had the plat charge card for 3 weeks now , spent 3k on the card , still no countdown bar , is this normal ? I called Amex they said my last reward card was canx over 2 years ago so I would get the bonus if I hit the target spend in the required time , however they couldn’t advise why no tracker/count down bar. Do they no longer exist , Brighton agent wasn’t sure

    I can’t remember which way round it was but i didn’t get the countdown on my computer but did on the app so maybe try whatever device you have tried.

    Same here. Applied with a link for 70k points but don’t see the the tracker on website or app. (It should be under Membership on the app)

    So I’ve had my play card for 1 week today and always out nearly £1600 on it, I also noticed that I wasn’t able to see this tracker.
    I went on live chat and was told that this is a big st the moment which is being looked into, but that you can contact AMEX anytime to get an update to date balance for the welcome bonus, but couldn’t tell me if it shows as 70k.
    I had also called to ask about something else and asked again and was told the same about it being a bug, and again they couldn’t see that it is linked to the 70k, I was also told that I’m not restricted from the welcome bonus.

    Just out of curiosity, do you have any offers showing yet?

    Hi yes have offers they have just appeared, only have 6 though including the Harvey nic offer

    I’m not buying the software bug. On my wife’s MR Gold she has a tracker counting down spend to her 10k renewal bonus…

    Players 2&3 in our house took out plats and didn’t have spending bars visible despite contacting Amex about the issue (always sent to ‘the back office’!). Don’t worry SUP paid out both times, but yes contact the chat for balances.
