Amex Rewards to Hilton Honors transfer not arrived after 2 weeks

I usually transfer to airlines, but I’m in need of a few HH points to make a booking.
This was a first time transfer to HH, so I’ve used a nominal amount of points as a test – they have not arrived. Who is best to contact?

i suspect AMEX will just say they have left my account, and Hilton will just blame AMEX 🙂

There were problems, which I thought had been sorted. I transferred some MR points to HH for the first time on 16 March, and they went through in 2 days. (Annoyingly, a hotel I wanted to book went from 50k to 60k overnight, leaving me short 😟)
