20% dining offer is appearing twice on my Amex plat account. Does it mean (tongue in cheek) that I will get 20% credit twice?
Has anyone experienced one offer appearing twice on their account?I upgraded my Amex Gold to Platinum and received the offer twice. It carried forward the Gold offer, and I could also add the same Platinum offer. From memory, I ended up with 10% twice—I used the offer and indeed got the benefit twice.
Based on my experience, you’ll get it twice….but this was a couple of years back…
I recently upgraded to plat and originally the dining offer didn’t appear. Spoke to chat who added it on manually for me. A few days later both a duplicate 20% and a 10% offer appear, I add both and they’ve functioned as a 50% off with all purchases except one triggering three times.
It has however meant I’ve been too scared to get in touch about the one which didn’t trigger at all.
Your mileage may vary but I’d expect both to trigger.

@Mchaggins13 Is 10% off in dining a platinum offer OR was carried over from gold?Just to conclude, the 20% off dining offer did trigger twice and the credit was applied to the account within a day.

I upgraded from gold to platinum but still have the deliveroo offer…anyone tried it? Would I get the £5 back?Dang! I had the £250 off VS showing twice in my account. That would have been a nice outcome….
