Forums Payment cards American Express Amex Plat Business vs Amex Plat personal

I see that the business platinum card gets you better insurance, but is there anything that the personal card offers that the business card doesn’t? Do they both allow you access to the same airline lounges and eurostar etc?
    Thanks

Airport lounge access is the same but counter intuitively the business card does not get you into the Eurostar lounge.

Business gives you a Times online annual subscription.

Personal gives you the new dining and also the Harvey Nicks credits.

Unless you really need it for business (or the better travel insurance), then I think most would find themselves better off with the personal card.

However, another advantage of the business card is that you can continue to hold it to keep your membership rewards points alive during the two year break from personal Amex cards currently needed to reset intro bonus eligibility. Indeed, you can still also earn referral bonuses etc.

Thanks – The travel insurance and the times online I will both use, so that sounds quite worthwhile. Thanks for the input.
