    Had an offer in June ‘21 for £100 off an SLH stay, this wasn’t credited after the stay so I chased it without success as the t+c’s where that they had six months to credit the offer. Tried Twitter shaming, no joy, calling, no joy and now I’m looking at putting in a complaint but they only offer a mail address? Is there another process online to register the complaint that I’m missing?

    I’m confused hasn’t it been 6 months since June 2021? Others have reported that they make you wait for the full period and usually complaints are successful after.

    If you are chasing before the minimum period, very few have any luck based on recent data points.

    Yes it’s been over 6 months, telephone agent said it would be processed, it wasn’t, chat couldn’t help. How may times do you have to call!?

    Hence the question re a complaint contact.

    I had problems claiming mine but resolved over the phone when talking to Brighton’s staff. It did take a while – it seems the problem is when a hotel uses a third party payment company that doesn’t have the same address as the hotel. Keep trying!

    @Hbommie let us know how you get along. I too have a similar issue with missing cashback that they have broken so many promised timelines over.

    Finally had the £100 credited after 7 months. Required another call but this time I got through to Brighton.
