When I click the chat button, the window opens, says its establishing a secure connection and then errors with unable to establish a chat connection. It did this a week ago as well. Has anyone managed to use chat recently?
Are there issues paying amex as well? Ive had 3 attempts fail and one go through.
Works fine for me. Tried clearing your cache or a different browser?
I had tried chrome and incognito chrome as they had always worked previously, tried firefox and that works, must be cookies or something 🙂
Very likely, maybe an adblocker or misbehaving chrome extension? If their chat wasn’t working for a week I’m sure they’d have noticed fairly quickly 🙂
