Amex cashback: £100 when spending £300 at Marriott Bonvoy

I have 4 cards with the offer (Marriott and the platinum cashback – for me and my wife). One came through and paid immediately. The other three cards all had an amount on them that was at the Ritz Carlton Abama which is one of the eligible hotels (a points redemption before you ask). I spent an hour on the phone to Amex yesterday explaining I had waited 2 months and still don’t have the cashback. Eventually they agreed it was a system issue and have raise an incident. Moral of hte story is you need to log all spend with Marriott and track it down.
