If you do a Google search for the Dell benefit on the business cards it brings up a Dell page which suggests that Platinum get £250 annually (2x£125) and not £150 (2x£75) as stated on the Amex site and in Rob’s recent article.
See here https://www.dell.com/en-uk/lp/american-express-benefits-at-dell.
The text reads as follows “ American Express Business Platinum Card® Members get up to £250 in statement credits annually for UK purchases with Dell. Get up to £125 in statement credits between 1st January and 30th June and up to £125 in statement credits between 1st July and 31st December each year. No need to re-enroll after initial enrollment”
Is this wrong or has the benefit been increased and not updated on the Amex site
I think it’s a mistake in the Dell website text: When you scroll down the Dell page you linked their own ‘Benefit Terms’ section lists £150 for Business Platinum (2 x £75 six monthly) or £100 for Business Gold as the credit you will receive on purchases…
This is now showing on the Dell Amex (dell.co.uk/amex) website so looks like this could be the new offer. If so, that is certainly a good change!

Looks good for Platinum but they haven’t updated the small print yet, to reflect that increase.
The small print for both cards also says there are 31 days in June! 🤣
