I’ve got two options for my flight back to London, a 77W (Boeing 777-300ER) from DFW or a 772 (Boeing 777-200) from PHX as a transit point.
Both show as Flagship business seats on the AA seatmap. But I’m having trouble finding out the differences between the two, even with a google search.
Anyone know which one has the better hard product?
And if they’re equal… how is the lounge at DFW compared to PHX?
The problem with the 777-2 is that you do not know if it is the Concept D or Super Diamond seats (you will a few days before the flight when they show if the seats are looking forwards or backwards).

With the 77W you get this:

People seem to not be fans of Concept D because:
– Not everyone likes to seat backwards (even if some say it is more private for sleeping)
– It seems the seats rock when the person attached to you on the other side moves
