Alternative to the BA pre paid MasterCard

Interested in people’s opinions on alternatives for the above now that it is closing.
Looked at starling bank and revolut, starling bank appears to be a no go as I live in the Isle of Man and therefore can’t fulfil the UK address requirement.
Any suggestions welcome.

I’m also interested in this. I can’t find any product that earns Avios in the UK that isn’t a credit card or a Barclays account which a high income requirement. If there is one, I’d like to know.

I really think the prepaid BA Mastercard closure leaves a gap in the market. Would do no harm to relaunch it with a first rate financial services company backing it.
