All my Virgin Points have disappeared!

All my points have disappeared from my flying club account, as has my credit card voucher. I don’t see any transactions at all – it looks like a brand new account, although an upcoming flight is still showing. Same on the website and app.

Is this a widespread problem or unique to me?

Getting a “Planned maintenance” page. So prob not you. But I can see my points in the virgin red app.

Certainly widespread – other travel forums have members mentioning it. My balance is 0. Had that been fraudulent, somehow, I would expect to still see points for the activities… but they’ve all dropped to 0, too!

As said, the Virgin Red app has your points in and is up to date. TP totals are still correct in FC, though.

I should have checked other forums but mistakenly assumed that news of widespread problems would have broken first in HfP, which, after all, is the creme de la creme of such places.

Without doubt – what Rob, Rhys, Sinead and others do here makes it my favourite travel site. It looks like balances are back to normal again…
