Does anyone have any information on this scheme relating to the awarding of frequent flyer or hotel points ? Does the traveller still receive reward points or are they gobbled up by the travel company ?
Depends entirely on the rate booked for hoteks. Some rates are in effect Expedia rates which do not earn points.
Flights shoukd be fine. Get the airline booking ref and go into the airline’s website to manage your booking and add FF#
The name ‘Agiito’ sounds like something between ‘agitation’ and ‘aggro’, which is never a good thing with travel arrangements! 🙂
My company uses Agiito (Capita Travel) and I have never had an issue getting points on any rates that I have used through them. They do not generally pass on your reward number, though, so you have to let the hotel/airline know in advance or on check-in.
