Forums Frequent flyer programs Virgin Flying Club AF flight crediting to VS account?

  • 149 posts

Hi All – I flew AF on the 23rd September and my miles haven’t credited to my VS account yet. KLM took only 3 days to show in my VS account. Has anyone had any experience with AF crediting to VS?

A while back, it took about a week for AF. I would have thought AF and KL would credit within a few days, but the official answer is ‘up to six weeks’. After that, fill in https://help.virginatlantic.com/gb/en/contact-forms.html?suggestedAnswerId=status_match_intro&webform=partner-airline-flight if they’re still not there.

    Thanks Al.

My AF flights weren’t credited automatically despite giving my Virgin details. I kept the boarding cards just in case and uploaded them on the link above. Virgin responded the next day (and actually gave me more points and tier points than they should!). Very impressed 😉

I had to upload my e-ticket to VS to get my points credited in the end.
