Adding supplementary cards to same account

Has anybody succeeded in adding their BA Amex and Amex Platinum supplementary cards to same account so they feature alongside each other in the app? Or potentially been able to merge their two accounts?

I haven’t been successful myself and when calling Amex they say it’s not possible (however, they seem pretty clueless). It does work for my husband who is the primary cardholder for both.

Yes, should absolutely work. Sometimes it takes a few days from activation to show on the same login.

Not sure I understand your question but my wife has a Personal BA blue card and has two supplementary cards from me (Platinum and BAPP) and was able to add them all to her app.

I do remember a friend that had issues adding a Business card to her account, but I believe it was due to different email address being used for the Business account vs her personal account.
