Thanks JDB – as an update I just got upgraded to Gold (complete with an apology) by resubmitting my “proof of holding” which was just a screenshot of the front page of my Trading 212 account which said I held one share, not a copy of my formal “Confirmation of Holdings” document. Not sure what changed but perhaps the advice going forwards is to keep it simple…
I applied using the steps Josh had provided couldn’t find the email to send the pdf of holdings.
I sent an email to with the pdf proof
comfi@accor.com
Communication.Financiere@accor.com
accor@clubdesactionnaires.com
I’ve had no response from any of the above.
Can anyone clarify which email to send the proof to and how long to expect a response?
Just had a response
“You mentioned that your share is registered (i.e. you have asked to your financial intermediary to “register” your share with Accor).
We will check it is actually the case with our custodian agent Societe Generale.
At this stage, your proof of holding only confirm that you hold a bearer share (not a registered shares)”
Any advice on what to send back?
