Hi all
I’m looking at flights from HND > LHR with JAL. British airways is not showing 2 seats for the whole of Jan or Feb 2023, however AA search tool is showing availability to book on various dates. Is this just phantom space? I need to book using Avios so must use BA to do so.
I thought partner availability would be the same for all Oneworld booking platforms?
Curious if anyone has any experience of this?
Many thanks
I noticed phantom availability on MH last year (via AA). If you continue to click through, it says no seats available
I’ve never had a problem with phantom award space on AA for either Qatar or non-OW Etihad.

I’ve lost count of the times when I’ve found supposed availability on MH on aa.com only to see the “your selected flight is no longer available” message after I click through. I’ve no direct experience of looking for JAL availability but it might be a similar situation there.
