Virgin-Hilton/IHG-BA, but you lose a bunch of value that way.

No. But you could get 37500 hiltons and 15 donuts from Greggs. Easily £100 – £140 in value.

I just can’t believe that you would be asking if you can transfer points from a Virgin Atlantic rewards scheme to a British Airways rewards scheme. “Unbelievable Jeff!” Think about it…would Sainsbury’s allow you to transfer Nectar points to Tesco Clubcard?

As already mentioned Hilton Honors or IHG are your best transfer options.

Well, many of us converted our Tesco clubcard points to Avios and then converted our Avios to
Nectar points and spent those in Sainsbury’s but I guess that was the other way round and it was kind of a one-off.

3x 6 bottle mixed cases of wine for 27k probably your best option if not using for flights or hotels. Useful gifts if you don’t drink them yourself.

    Other options

1 – use them on Eurostar

2 – use them on AF / KL for an intra Europe trip. It’s around 9k for KL LHR-AMS in economy and double that for business. And similar for LHR-AMS. Other cities are available.

3 – donate them to one of VS nominated charities.

@ChrisC, I’ve always been reluctant to donate anything other than small otherwise useless amounts of points and miles to charity. I hope I’m wrong but I’ve never been convinced the schemes will play fair with this. I prefer to use the miles or points and just give the charities cash.
