20K reward points

Hi I signed up using the Hfp link on the last day.
Is it meant to show a message for the 20K reward points after doing 20K spend?
I do not see any message and close to finishing the spend – got the card last month so well within the 3 month period.

No, like Amex their IT doesn’t handle showing promo deals.

Do the spend and if the points don’t appear for any reason then we will fix it for you. This isn’t Barclaycard – we deal with named people at CoT and the people we deal with have the power to fix things.

I also signed up when the promo was on. It took 3 chats in the app but the 10k points after first purchase part of the deal were added on manually. The CS agents all knew about the promo and were very nice to deal with – it was like talking to actual people who were talking like actual people and not from a script which made up for have to chase a few times

I like COT CS – the minimal problems I have had have been resolved very quickly

I am hoping that they don’t deteriorate as they get bigger, but that’s what happens to a lot of companies that start out well and meaning well. Profit drives and cost savings take over.

Hi all can I confirm if the points get added shortly after bonus spend has been met or after 3 months regardless of when bonus spend is done – I just did the spend within a month but customer service said I have to wait further 2 months regardless as they have to verify the information after 3 months? Which I find odd since can’t they verify now vs making me wait 2 more months?
