I am being thick but how do you set it up on ba.com please? Struggling to find it!!!
Surely it’s obvious by its absence that you can’t set it up 🙂
It’s either on or off, by whatever black magic the BA IT department chose to program or configure. And if it’s on and you change your phone number don’t worry – it only takes several phone calls and requests to stop sending the 2FA messages to your old number. They will eventually disable it, but apparently still can’t/won’t change it to your new number (which is completely independent of the registered number on your BA account).
