Tomorrow sees the end of British Airways Executive Club, and with it the beginning of the end of British Airways elite status for many people. British Airways Club launches on Tuesday.

If you want to send off BAEC in style, there is a wake in London on Tuesday evening.

It is taking place at The Oxford Market, 11-13 Market Place, from 6pm. This is just north of Oxford Street, close to Oxford Circus tube station.

Attend the British Airways Executive Club wake on Tuesday night!

Ed, the organiser, is a key part of the British Airways forum over at Flyertalk. There will be around 70 people there, so it is a good chance to chat about all things BA and frequent flyer related with a friendly crowd. The evening will include a BAEC-themed pub quiz at 7pm!

I am hoping to get along for the first hour but I can’t stay all evening. Unfortunately Rhys is flying out to Los Angeles in Virgin Upper Class to take some photos of the new LA Clubhouse on another tough HfP assignment ….

The party is free to attend but the venue is insisting on a list of names being provided and will be restricting entry. To get your name on the list, put your email on this Google form and Ed will be in touch.

If British Airways Executive Club has made good travel memories for you, get down there and see it out in style!
