The vouchers have now run out. Applications are still being processed and are under manual review so please be patient if you have already applied.

If you need to fly your friends, family or colleagues to Malaysia or beyond, Malaysia Airlines would like you to sign up to MHgroupbooking, its service for customers making group bookings.

There is a £10 Amazon UK voucher on offer for the first 150 individuals or organisations to sign up and be approved. Don’t worry – you don’t have to be making (or plan) a group booking for now.

MHgroupbooking

What is MHgroupbooking?

MHgroupbooking is the dedicated Malaysia Airlines portal for individuals who travel to Malaysia and beyond with 10+ people.

As well as offering special fares, it offers a dedicated interface which allows you manage traveller details and payments.

You do not need to make a group booking to claim your voucher. The promotion is available for anyone who signs up to MHgroupbooking, regardless of whether you will make a group booking now or at any point in the future.

Signing up takes five minutes and – assuming you are one of the first 150 applicants – you should receive your £10 Amazon.co.uk gift card without any further requirements. We will update this page once the vouchers have run out.

You can find out more, and sign up, here.

Got an SME? Join MHbiz Pro

Malaysia Airlines is also offering £10 Amazon.co.uk vouchers to small business owners who join, and are approved for, MHbiz Pro.

As a MHbiz Pro member, you will receive access to special corporate fares as well as benefits such as lounge access on certain ticket types which would not normally include it. There are also customisable ticket booking tools and personalised expense reports.

Following a recent change, there is no longer any minimum annual travel spend required to join.

Any small or medium-sized enterprise which travels to Asia or further is welcome to sign up. Applicants must be UK registered companies, not sole traders or partnerships.

Membership of MBbiz Pro is free and you can find out more, and sign up, here.

Successful applications will receive an email with a Giftcloud link to allow them to claim their £10 Amazon.co.uk gift card.

Times out. Hopefully they have taken it down and are fixing it

  • Mike says:

All i get after registering is “Email verification not done!” I tried circa 20 times – I will try through the day but have a couple of meetings

      And it is only £10!

      • Jonathan says:

You should be ashamed of yourself. What a pointless article

        • Mike says:

Jonathan – the article definitely not pointless. The point was if you joined a club a company gave you a £10 amazon voucher – the article was well written and very relevant.

        • Andrew says:

Albeit that you will never use this 10+ booking service I’m sure!

        • Rob says:

Jonathan, HfP has overheads of £100,000 per year before I earn a single penny. Please let us know what your contribution has been this year.

    • Tim says:

I got that but now when I try it tells me account is already activated, so I guess it worked despite the error message??

    • DK says:

Are you that desperate for a £10 amazon voucher?

  • Richie says:

Good pic of a MH A380 on the home page, I don’t think they’re flying though.

Seems to be working now , signed up got verification mail which confirmed and advised a further email would be forthcoming.

  • Char Char says:

    Oh boy 150 accounts…

    • Peter K says:

I know. What a pitiful number…and only £10 each. Their marketing budget must be tight!

  • Susan says:

Requires me to choose a nearest airport city but then won’t allow data entry.

    • Pb says:

I think if you look it’s because the country has defaulted to Guernsey , re set that and it works .

  • Hostime says:

Waste of time – form doesn’t work on mobile.

  • allycat says:

Could sign up OK on safari on an iPad but could not complete the email link verification. Tried email link on chrome on PC desktop and it said my account was now verified and I would receive another email when the account was fully setup, so fingers crossed
